About the Role Join a warm, close-knit team in a fast-growing industry! Were looking for a bilingual (Japanese-English) Design Engineer to support technical documentation, liaise with clients and factories, and grow alongside the business. This is a great opportunity for recent high school or university graduates - no prior experience needed. We'll train you thoroughly from day one!

Job Responsibilities Review engineering drawings and documents received from clients Create internal technical documents and drawings Coordinate specifications with Japanese factories Communicate with clients and adjust technical requirements as needed
Work Hours Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day Flex-time: start ±2 hours from standard time Hybrid work available (approx. 40% in-office, subject to change)
Qualifications Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT welcome!) Business-level English required Japanese proficiency preferred Passion for learning and growth
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $40,000$45,000 annually (negotiable, excluding bonuses) 3 annual bonuses Annual raise (higher rate in 2nd and 3rd year) Health insurance, 401(k), commuting support 20 days PTO (includes sick leave, with buyback option) 10 days of workation per year Career advancement opportunities based on performance Option to relocate to Japan after 5 years, if desired
