We are currently searching for a Marketing & e-Commerce Coordinator to join our Marketing department in Encino. The Marketing & e-Commerce Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Marketing and e-Commerce teams by implementing marketing strategies, managing communications, coordinating events, and providing administrative support.

The Marketing & e-Commerce Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Marketing and e-Commerce teams by implementing marketing strategies, managing communications, coordinating events, and providing administrative support. This position serves as a key liaison between the marketing department, other internal teams, external consultants, and various management areas within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives. Support the creation, implementation, and measurement of marketing, communications, and public relations programs. Support the development and execution of special events and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and consultants for marketing initiatives. Communications and Content Creation:

Support the marketing and e-commerce teams with drafts, reviews, and contribute to content including social media posts, email communications, advertisements, and internal communications. Assist with content planning, exclusive promotions, and support the team's overall social media strategy and execution. Ensure effective internal communication, keeping all relevant departments informed of marketing objectives and updates. Administrative Support:

Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, and mail, prioritizing and responding appropriately. Track and maintain marketing materials and inventory, reordering as needed. Coordinate job trafficking for marketing and eCommerce projects, ensuring timely completion with external designers, copywriters, and photographers. Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and submitting them to accounting. Event Management and Community Partnerships:

Plan, organize, and execute special events, including cause-related marketing initiatives and community partnerships. Maintain relationships with community partners, including schools, non-profit organizations, and local businesses. Represent the company at offsite special events and support event logistics. Digital Marketing and Analytics:

Execute internal and external emails and occasional support with social media/content marketing. Help monitor and report to the marketing and e-commerce teams on metrics to support ongoing performance improvements. Support market research to monitor trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Regularly update the company website and ensure accurate, up-to-date content. Online Catalog Management

Instacart & DoorDash Gather and upload product photos Update product descriptions and details Add or remove items from the catalog Gelsons.com / FoodStorm Update pricing and product descriptions Create and manage new product listings Technical Support Troubleshoot mobile app issues for customers and stores Platform Management - Craft (gelsons.com/FoodStorm)

Create and manage online promotions Create new product listings Update store information Upload store-level inventory Reporting & Communication

Report Instacart shopper incidents (based on store emails/calls) Report technical/site issues across platforms (gelsons.com, Instacart, DoorDash) Seasonal/Holiday Collections

Coordinate product selections with internal teams (Center Store, Fresh) Create and manage seasonal collections on shop.gelsons.com Set up seasonal offers on shop.gelsons.com Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations. Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or similar). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) is a plus.

Pay range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
