Overview

Location: Phoenix, AZ • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire • Start Date: September 16 • Pay: $19/hour • Schedule Options: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (7:30 AM–4:00 PM outside daylight savings) or Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (9:30 AM–6:00 PM outside daylight savings).

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
• Assist with login issues, registration, and navigating digital portals
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Document interactions in Customer Relationship Managementsystems and collaborate with internal teams
• Process service requests and support reporting initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce, Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus
• Healthcare or pharmacy background is a bonus
• Bilingual fluency (e.g., Spanish-English) is a strong asset

Work Environment

• Onsite for the first 120 days post-training
• Potential to transition to hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) based on performance
• Interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams (camera required)
