Role Summary

Our warehouse team drives the flow of product through the facility, including warehousing new inventory and picking, loading, packaging, and staging doors and related products for customers. Relevant experience in warehouse operations, distribution, receiving, shipping, assembly, inventory, manufacturing, and forklift driving is helpful.

Hours

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Some overtime availability may be required.

Wage

$20.00-$21.00 per hour DOE to start, with multiple wage increase opportunities within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Stock all warehouse bins.
• Truck loading for outbound daily deliveries.
• Assist in the cycle count process.
• Prepare customer orders by pulling and packaging products per branch SOP.
• Prepare and package intercompany product transfers.
• Deliver completed orders to the assigned staging area.
• Load customer will-call orders.
• Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify the supervisor immediately.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Prior successful warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift is preferred.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Preference given to candidates with experience loading and packaging palletized freight.
• Able to stand 8-9 hours per day, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 70 pounds.
• Collaborate in team lifts for objects between 70 and 150 pounds and maneuver items up to 150 pounds.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana.
