Overview

Administrative Assistant. Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and can handle sensitive information with discretion. This role is onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts for senior leaders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare, review, and process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders with accuracy.
  • Assist with meeting logistics, event coordination, and presentation preparation as needed.
  • Handle correspondence and documents with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior leadership in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools.
  • Experience with Concur or similar expense/travel management systems preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail, apparel, or a similar industry is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation: Up to $26.06/hr. (DOE)
