We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the founders of Steel City Brand. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, creative, energetic and born to multitask. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Help manage administrative tasks for the 2 co-founders
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Plan and schedule meetings and travel
  • Email management as needed
  • Plan and coordinate events for the company
  • Performing daily errands

Qualifications/Skills

  • 3+ years experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or other founder/owner supporting position
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong experience working in Google Meet
  • Full comprehension of Google Calendar
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
