Responsibilities:

• Translate current fashion inspiration—from icons to influencers—into relevant, shoppable looks for customers
• Connect authentically to understand each customer’s unique style preferences and offer tailored suggestions
• Serve as a brand ambassador and storyteller, creating impactful experiences that support store goals and deepen customer loyalty
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and collaborative store environment
• Support daily operations across the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed
• Uphold and model our "Words to Live By" values in every interaction

Qualifications:

• Experienced in styling, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashion, and deeply knowledgeable about current designers, brands, and trends
• A strong communicator who builds genuine connections and inspires confidence
• Passionate about fashion, service, and hospitality, with a love for helping people feel their best
• Adaptable and reliable, able to work varied shifts based on business needs
• Collaborative, positive, and curious—with a strong "can-do" spirit
• Physically able to move throughout the store and handle merchandise up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• A true team player and a proud representative of Gap Inc.’s culture
