About the Role

As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you are joining a team where growth, customer connections, fashion, and comfort are at the core. Compensation

Starting rate: $17.50 per hour

Hourly pay range: $17.50 – $18.57

What You Will Do

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with the right choice. Exceptional customer service is a top priority.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to store and individual sales goals. You’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in retail sales and learn about our product offerings.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds) and standing for most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure customers leave with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories; share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
