Insight Global is hiring: Data Analyst in New York

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Capital Markets Intelligence team at one of its largest financial services clients. This team plays a key role in supporting strategic client initiatives across Global Markets Sales & Trading, Corporate Banking, and Investment Banking. The analyst will use SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel to deliver accurate client data and actionable insights that inform sales and client strategies. This is a fast-paced, innovative environment ideal for individuals passionate about data, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring data integrity
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to resolve data issues
• Deliver accurate client data and actionable insights using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel to inform sales and client strategies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in operations, data management and/or reporting within Capital Markets/Global Markets
• Tableau expert - ability to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations
• SQL proficiency - able to optimize large complicated SQL statements
• Experience with Python frameworks and libraries like Panda
• Experience working with Alteryx for data cleansing and data aggregation
