Join S&C to make an impact on tomorrow's energy challenges and become an employee-owner! 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday Occasional overtime on Friday Compensation At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated hourly pay rate for this position is $19.60 per hour. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria. Key Responsibilities: Operating a stand-up or sit-down lift truck. Collecting and delivering materials of various dimensions to multiple assembly stations. Delivering inventory to set storage locations and shelf storage. Performing the necessary record keeping so that parts may be retrieved in a timely fashion. Loading and unloading trucks with containers of various shapes and sizes. Performing simple mechanical inspections of your lift truck on a daily basis. Ability to obtain Lift Truck certification by completing Power Industrial Lift Truck Training Program offered on premises is required. Performing mechanical assembly and inspection using torque wrenches, screwdrivers and tape measures.
