Your Expertise Matters The parts you inspect power aerospace safety and performance Hands-On Training Master our tools, parts, and systems with support from day one Career Growth Advance into lead or delegated inspector roles your path is built in Team Atmosphere Work with sharp, supportive pros who care about doing it right Youll Be Handling First Article Inspections (FAIs) and dimensional checks that ensure our aerospace fasteners are launch-ready Verifying nuts, bolts, connectors, and components against blueprints, customer specs, and contract requirements Decoding engineering blueprints/drawings and applying GD&T with confidence to ensure every detail is spot-on Reviewing supplier certs, test reports, and quality documents with a sharp, investigative mindset Logging inspection results and NCRs into SAP, keeping our data clean and audit-ready Collaborating across teams Sales, Customer Service, Customer/Supplier Quality teams, and Production to prevent problems before they fly Mentoring new junior (inbound) inspectors, sharing your technical know-how and raising the bar for the whole crew Requirements: Requirements You Bring: 35+ years of hands-on inspection experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other high-precision manufacturing Expertise with tools like micrometers, calipers, ring/thread gauges, and optical comparators Deep familiarity with AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001, and customer quality requirements A sharp eye and decisive judgment youve led FAIs and made tough calls with confidence Strong organizational skills from paperwork to multitasking in a fast-paced environment Focus and grit youll be seated at a desk, inspecting in a warm, active warehouse environment What Does a Top Candidate Look Like?
