Responsible for ensuring the proper induction and/or receipt of material. Identify damaged, lost, or missing material and notifies program personnel immediately. Manages warehouse inventory and stocks material. Conducts yearly Wall to Wall inventory. Fills demands and prepares material for shipment or delivery. Utilizes an Automatic Depot Information System (ADIS) and Procure to Pay (P2P) to manage all transitions. Works in a team environment to support Depot programs when requested. Basic Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 40-lbs. Operate material handling Operate a small box truck and pickup trucks Able to pass physical to obtain a forklift certification and drivers qualification to operate vehicles. Prior experience using computer data input tools and with Microsoft Office suite (outlook, excel, word, etc.). Familiarity of engineering documents, bill of materials, and scheduling tools. Must have the ability to obtain a clearance. Desired Skills: Motivated person who seeks a career in warehouse operations. Prior experience with Depot operations and supervisory skills. Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving experience is highly desired. Experience with military standards and procedures. Knowledge and experience with Lockheed Martin Automated Depot Information System (ADIS) and Procure to Pay (P2P). Experience with repair and warehouse sustainment operations. Familiar with military/commercial shipments and Depot Inducting/Receiving activities. Prior experience with Military Supply/Warehouse Operations. Familiar with standard military documents including DD1348s, DD250s and DD1149s. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
