Overview

Aaron’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our team in the sales and lease-to-own retail industry. This position is store-based and involves indoor and outdoor work, driving, installing, showing customers how to use merchandise, and supporting store operations by assisting with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. The role offers a career path with opportunities for growth within the company.

Salary

Hiring Range: $14 to $16 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect merchandise
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Assist in-store as needed

What You Need / Qualifications

• Solid communication skills
• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers
• Age 21+ (18+ in Canada)
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and safety tools provided)
• Able to work in all outdoor weather
• A valid driver’s license is required (not a CDL)
• No overnight travel
