Overview
Orthopedic Physicians Alaska (OPA) seeks a highly skilled, dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. You will also receive a $500 SIGNING BONUS after 90 days of full-time employment.

Representative duties
- Coordinate patient arrivals and work closely with patient care teams
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phones
- Verify insurance coverage
- Data entry
Knowledge and skill requirements
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- Six (6) months of prior office experience or certification equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- One (1) year medical office experience
- Experience with scheduling software or EHR systems
