Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to operating procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed; maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and programs Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment Other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For
