Building Maintenance Technician

This role provides skilled and semi-skill maintenance functions in HUD apartment buildings, office locations, and LSS program sites throughout the Chippewa Valley. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position with hours Monday through Friday with rotating on-call for after hours support. The Maintenance Technician maintains the physical assets of the properties. Under supervision, performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance functions, monitors to assure safe working conditions, performs repairs, documents work completed and makes purchases.
