Ag-Gear
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in overseeing and executing marketing strategies to elevate AG-Gear's brand presence, grow its digital footprint, and build a strong community around the farm and ranch wear brand. This individual will work closely with the leadership team to craft and implement both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, manage social media, lead a field ambassador program, and assist with event coordination, all while cultivating strong relationships with customers, partners, and ambassadors. A solid understanding of the agricultural industry is beneficial but not required.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media.
- Oversee content creation and ensure it aligns with brand standards, values, and messaging.
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics.
- Utilize customer insights, analytics, and industry trends to refine marketing strategies and drive results.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive visual branding across all digital platforms.
- Manage AG-Gear’s Field Ambassador Program: recruit, train, and engage ambassadors to build excitement for the brand in the farm and ranch community.
- Maintain regular communication with ambassadors via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to ensure they have the tools and support they need.
- Track ambassador participation and activity across social media platforms; report on engagement, content quality, and results.
- Organize ambassador incentives, recognition programs, and ensure that ambassadors meet specific program goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with ambassadors to foster loyalty and enthusiasm about the AG-Gear brand.

Social Media & Content Management
- Oversee all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and drives customer action.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop social media campaigns, paid ads, and organic content that highlight products, lifestyle, and the AG-Gear community.
- Advise on content creation for digital platforms, enhancing the brand narrative and storytelling; where possible, create own social media content to elevate brand experience.
- Track social media trends and integrate relevant tactics into AG-Gear’s overall marketing strategy.

Event and Trade Show Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing AG-Gear’s presence at key industry events, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics such as travel, booth setup, promotional materials, and staff scheduling.
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders at events to promote AG-Gear’s products and services.
- Gather post-event feedback and data to assess ROI and inform future marketing strategies.

Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Report weekly on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as social media growth, ambassador activity, and overall marketing performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Assist in forecasting marketing budget needs and track spending to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and ensure consistent messaging.
- Provide marketing support for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional offers.
- Maintain a clear communication flow between leadership, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Industry Knowledge & Trend Awareness
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Develop a strong understanding of the agriculture, farming, and ranching industry to guide content creation and marketing efforts that resonate with the target audience.
- Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay connected to the AG-Gear community.
- This position is remote, with occasional travel required for events, trade shows, and ambassador meetups.
- Flexibility to adjust to varying schedules based on marketing campaign timelines, events, and deadlines.
