Convene is a meeting and collaboration platform for boards and senior leadership teams of large enterprises and government agencies. Within five years, Convene has expanded its client base globally, reaching over 100 countries.

  • Build and lead the digital marketing team.
  • Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies, focusing on global SEO and search rankings.
  • Plan, design, and execute digital advertising and social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance and marketing metrics to inform decisions.
  • Achieve top global search rankings, particularly #1 and #2 in the US, UK/EU, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Australia.
  • Manage digital marketing channels for consistent performance across markets.
  • Handle inbound channels, including SEO, SEM, paid media, online marketplaces, and social media.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Optimize user funnels and conversion points for maximum lead generation.
  • Introduce innovative digital growth strategies.
  • Collaborate internally to create high-converting landing pages and improve user experience.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales goals, especially for the US market.
  • Oversee social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
  • Create and manage online content to enhance digital presence.
  • Benchmark competitors and refine strategies continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on the US and key markets.
  • Proven success in achieving top global search rankings.
  • Experience managing global websites with strong rankings in target regions.
  • Strong background in brand strategy within governance, risk, and compliance sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop impactful digital campaigns for B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience in the board portal or similar IT software industries is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze web metrics and develop actionable strategies.
