The facility is located at 9609 W Market St in Colfax, NC 27235.

We are seeking an Electrician to perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical devices such as limit switches, lights, encoders, and e-stops
• Pull wire and make terminations of the complete electrical system for equipment
• Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs
• Troubleshoot controls and wiring issues
• Install and wire new equipment per electrical drawings
• Perform light mechanical work and work independently
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma / equivalent or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience
• At least 4 years of electrical experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics
• Testing electrical components with various meters to detect shorts, worn out or weak components and defective connections
• Ability to understand and apply basic math skills
• Ability to use power hand tools, tape measure, etc.
• Working experience of voltages up to 480
• Journeyman electrical license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
