tasc is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Team. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, creative problem-solving, and a strong web and print portfolio. Knowledge of DTC, Retail, Wholesale, and the activewear space is a plus. The Graphic Designer would work closely with our Production + Content Coordinator and report directly to our Art + Copy Director. We are a small, but ambitious team looking for a team player to help us build into our next stages.

This position is open for full-time work at tasc's Uptown Office in New Orleans, LA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work to design, develop, and execute creative assets across a multitude of platforms including digital marketing channels (marketing emails, digital ad placements, etc.).
  • Work to design, develop, and execute print ads and direct mail marketing campaigns, assets for retail store environments, seasonal linebooks, etc.
  • Bring a brand to life in the digital space through a strong understanding of web graphic design and print graphic design.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual designs.
  • Design layouts + templates for various channels, maintaining brand style guidelines and consistency.
  • Present design concepts and iterations to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a web & print graphic designer on a team or directly beneath a senior designer.
  • Experience working in apparel space preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio of web and print design work.
  • Strong ability to recolor garments for digital and print assets.
  • Solid understanding of art and design industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present visual concepts effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and positively with internal team members and external vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in the New Orleans-based office 5 days a week.
