Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our visual identity across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and sales teams to create high-quality, on-brand designs that communicate complex ideas in a clear, compelling way. This is a hands-on role for a designer with strong creative instincts, technical execution skills, and a passion for the AI industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a variety of digital assets such as social media graphics, display ads, and motion graphics.
  • Design and produce assets including sales collateral, whitepapers, case studies, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, infographics, and event materials.
  • Support product marketing with UI mockups, launch visuals, and customer-facing design elements.
  • Collaborate with content, demand gen, and product teams to translate strategic concepts into visual stories.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, contributing to the evolution of brand guidelines as the company scales.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining design integrity and creativity.
  • Stay current with design trends, B2B SaaS and AI marketing best practices, and emerging creative tools.

  • Develop and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly web pages, primarily using WordPress.
  • Manage backend functionalities of WordPress websites, ensuring smooth operation and updates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align digital designs with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Continuously update and improve website design.
  • Organize and manage digital assets and design files efficiently.
  • Maintain and update assets in our digital asset library.
  • Develop print materials including brochures, posters, and other promotional items.
  • Create landing pages, email templates and other digital design elements in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in our brand’s visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
