We provide resources, education, and tangible support to hospitals and families, while raising awareness around stillbirth and infant loss. Our mission is to ensure no family walks this journey alone and that every baby’s legacy is honored with love.

Overview

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to support our mission by helping bring our brand and message to life. This role can be structured as volunteer-based or part-time, depending on availability. The designer will create digital and print assets for fundraising events, campaigns, social media, and educational resources, ensuring our visual identity is consistent, impactful, and professional.

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, and fundraising promotions
  • Create print materials such as event signage, programs, and sponsor recognition pieces
  • Develop branded templates for presentations and donor communications
  • Assist with website graphics, digital ads, and storytelling visuals
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all designs align with the foundation’s mission and branding

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), or similar design platforms
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling, layout, and typography
  • Ability to balance creativity with consistency across campaigns
  • Prior experience with nonprofits, cause-driven design, or event marketing a plus (but not required)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Commitment

  • Flexible hours, estimated 5–10 hours per week (depending on project load)
  • Remote, with occasional check-ins via Zoom or email
  • Open to both volunteers passionate about the cause and part-time paid candidates (stipend available based on experience/funding)
