Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time (on-site in Chester, NY)

Pay: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do

  • Design & Concept Development
    • Create original graphics, prints, patterns, and illustrations for apparel and accessories.
    • Research fashion and graphic design trends to develop commercial concepts.
    • Build seasonal concept boards, color palettes, and graphic collections that align with the brand vision.
  • Technical & Production Execution
    • Prepare production-ready artwork files, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and production teams to ensure designs are technically feasible.
    • Partner with screen printers and production partners to review and approve strike-offs and samples.
    • Design branded trims, labels, hang tags, and packaging.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with designers, creative directors, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
    • Clearly communicate design details and requirements across departments.
    • Revise designs based on feedback to achieve creative and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of apparel design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, and other print techniques.
  • Experience creating technical packages and managing design files for production.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual composition.
  • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and production requirements.
