Overview

BARISTA (FULL TIME) role at Compass One Healthcare. Location: Atrium Health Main - 1000 Blythe Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28203. Online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items in accordance with HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations.
• Enters orders accurately into POS and accepts cash and card payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils; ensures proper serving temperatures and presentation.
• Greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction; relays concerns to supervisors.
• Serves customers quickly and efficiently and supports accurate daily menu explanations.
• Assists in merchandising display foods attractively and follows standard operating procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Full-time position; schedule: days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Prior barista experience is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

• Fixed pay rate: $18.50 per hour.
