Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and specifications.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
• Develop process models, workflows, and documentation.
• Assist in the design and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Support project management activities, including planning and reporting.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with relevant software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio).
