Our technicians primarily work in their local areas on residential setting jobs for our maintenance department which principally support our property management partners, our direct to client services support homeowners and our projects department supporting various contracts and re-pipe initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support our maintenance department, property management partners, direct-to-client homeowners, and the projects department on various contracts and re-pipe initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpet cleaning (5 years+).
• Knowledge of different carpet materials and cleaning techniques.
• Stain and spot treatment expertise.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to operate truck-mounted cleaning equipment.
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• General Liability (Mandatory).
• Living in the US.
