Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Inspector with a strong background in electrical or MEP construction to support quality assurance and quality control processes on high-profile data center and mission-critical projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all installations, materials, and systems meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections and testing of electrical and MEP installations to verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Support the QA/QC Manager in executing project-specific quality plans and inspection/test procedures. Document inspection results, deficiencies, and corrective actions in detailed reports. Conduct system walk-downs and support turnover documentation for commissioning and energization. Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and commissioning groups to resolve quality-related issues in the field. Participate in quality meetings, audits, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards during inspections. Requirements
Strong background in electrical construction or MEP systems, with hands-on site experience. Experience working on data center projects (mission-critical environment exposure essential). Familiarity with QA/QC processes, turnover documentation, and commissioning support. Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and quality control practices (NFPA, OSHA, NETA, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Strong communication and reporting skills with attention to detail. Preferred Background
Prior QA/QC experience in data centers, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects. Experience with inspection/test documentation platforms and turnover systems. Hands-on understanding of commissioning and energization processes. Seniority level
