Swansea Wood School

is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Swansea Wood provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

JRI Provides The Training So That: YOU will be responsible for working collaboratively with all departments at Swansea Wood School. YOU will provide supervision to staff from diverse backgrounds, creating an environment of inclusion. YOU will be responsible for ensuring program complies with all federal, state, funding and city regulations and licensing requirements. YOU will lead and assist department heads with general operations in all aspects of the program. YOU will lead all on-boarding, hiring and training within the program.

Requirements: Must be 21 years or older. Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a residential and educational program with students that experience emotional and behavioral difficulties. Applicants must have experience or the ability to learn how to manage, supervise, and develop staff. Applicants must maintain a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation. Candidates with diverse background and bilingual capacity are strongly encouraged to apply. Background and driving record checks will be performed.
