Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Brooklyn Park, MN. This company is seeking candidates for Material Handler roles on the 2nd shift. What You Will Do As The Material Handler: Handle all material functions related to shipping and warehousing, including loading trucks, receiving materials, and supplying packaging components to filling lines Ensure secure shipment of finished goods by using stretch wrapping equipment and blocking and bracing loads Receive and store raw materials, enter received materials into SAP, and manage shipments Maintain clean and safe shipping and receiving areas, warehouses, and docks Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as needed Assist in other departments when required What You Need To Be A Material Handler: High school diploma or GED 1-3+ years of related experience Ability to work above average overtime and flexible hours Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English Familiarity with SAP/WMS systems and ISO-9001 requirements Competent in operating forklifts and similar equipment Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations Take the next step in your careerapply today!
