As a Claims Processor on our team, you will deliver exceptional service by utilizing the latest technologies and methodologies to ensure thorough evaluations of claims, addressing high volumes while maintaining integrity, privacy, and efficiency. Your role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to enhance the claims experience for those affected by disasters. Responsibilities
Evaluate claims related to a large natural disaster for completeness and accuracy. Conduct initial assessments of submitted documents and identify gaps or discrepancies requiring further information. Document findings and determine next steps for each claim to facilitate a smooth and timely process. Collaborate with team members to escalate issues and resolve claims, maintaining integrity of the process. Qualifications
Must have a Juris Doctorate degree and a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in the document review field. Excellent project and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication. Ability to travel up to 25%, including one week per month on-site at the client in California; willingness to work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Access to reliable transportation; a drivers license is strongly recommended. Ideally, youll also have

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges: US-wide $45,200$92,400; NYC Metro/Washington/California ranges $54,300$105,100.
