About The Role As a Brand Associate, you'll be a vital part of our team, bringing our brand to life for customers. You'll engage and connect with customers by providing excellent service, fostering brand loyalty. You will use your product knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers in their wardrobe choices. Collaborating with your leadership team, you'll deliver a top-notch customer experience across all channels. What You'll Do Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment. Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs. Engage with customers to drive sales and service through suggestive selling. Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings. Meet personal goals that contribute to overall store success. Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed. Maintain a neat and organized work area. Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally. Execute operational processes efficiently. Who You Are Effective communicator who interacts well with customers and team members to meet goals. Customer-focused, providing exceptional service both on and off the sales floor. Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A problem solver committed to continuous improvement, open to feedback, and proactive. Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Proficient with retail technology. Capable of maneuvering around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
