Truck Driver, Class A CDL with Tanker/Hazmat
The Truck Driver, Class A CDL with Tanker/Hazmat drives and operates semi-tankers and straight trucks as required. Essential functions and requirements include: prioritizing health and safety, completing assigned routes, preparing for daily trips, completing manifests, maintaining logbooks, driving to customer sites, acting as a company representative, loading freight, and taking on additional duties as assigned. Education: High-school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience: 1+ years of Class A CDL driving experience (required), 3+ years of Class A CDL driving experience (preferred). Competencies: ability to work in a constant state of alertness, excellent communication skills, ability to wear personal protective equipment, understanding of RCRA compliance standards, OSHA safety, and DOT regulations, ability to meet company driving qualifications with a CDL, ability to obtain valid endorsements as required, regular and predictable attendance.
