Quality Inspector

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The role involves inspecting and verifying production hardware during Assembly, Integration & Testing (AI&T) to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to inspect parts and assemblies and perform incoming hardware inspections with detailed reporting. Responsibilities: Inspect and verify production hardware during Assembly, Integration & Testing (AI&T). Ensure hardware meets drawings and specifications using digital Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other inspection tools. Apply GD&T principles to inspect parts and assemblies. Perform incoming hardware inspections and generate comprehensive reports. Issue non-conformances for hardware that fails inspection. Support assembly and maintenance of test equipment. Inspect ESD components for compliance with IPC and JST standards. Essential Skills: 515 years of experience in quality inspection. IPC-620 and J-STD-001 certifications. Experience with ESD assemblies and CMM/Vision Machines. Strong understanding of GD&T and AS9100D standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders. U.S. work authorization. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in mechanical assembly and in-process inspections. Receiving Inspection experience. Experience creating, working, and resolving non-conformances. Knowledge of CAD software, soldering, and hand tool usage. IPC certification is a bonus. Work Environment: The position is based in a cleanroom environment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb a 13-foot ladder. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Littleton, Colorado. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
