Shift: 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM --> Mon to Fri
Job Summary
Performs in-process an/ord final inspection on materials, detail components, hardware, and assemblies to ensure product compliance to Customer and regulatory requirements by using a variety of measuring equipment with minimal supervision. Gathers all necessary documentation for required process and dimensional data and generates an accurate and timely report. Records, documents and manage all non-conforming material following established procedures. Work as scheduled, on time and every day. Observe the "Three Circles" with particular focus on *** Values. Adherence to all Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures. Qualifications
Performs in-process an/ord final inspection on materials, detail components, hardware, and assemblies to ensure product compliance to Customer and Company requirements. Inspects machined parts, components, assemblies and materials to ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory guidelines (Military Standards, ASTM and ANSI, and ASME Codes). High School Degree (preferred). Must be able to read, communicate and understand English per FAA requirements Good knowledge of aerospace manufacturing practices, procedures, inspection methodologies, and techniques in an AS9100 QMS environment. Certify visual acuity to standard, per regulations. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy; results driven with organizational, time management and follow-up skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Aerospace Quality Inspection: 2+ years (required). Hand eye coordination Ability to retrieve jobs and move to next workstation Good computer skills Works independently or in a team environment. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, drawings or inspection instructions. Sets up, operates, inspects, tests, and adjusts new and reworked tools, dies, gauges, jigs and fixtures for conformance to engineering drawings and specifications.
