Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting programmable controllers, A/C and D/C drives, and performing necessary repairs. Your expertise will ensure the maximum utilization of equipment by maintaining machinery to run at optimal capacity and speed. You will follow up on all work orders to ensure repairs are performed correctly and documented accurately. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair programmable controllers and A/C and D/C drives. Handle motor controls, drives, and plug in PLC with a laptop. Work with varied PLC and drive series ranging from large to small (up to 200hp). Utilize sensors, photo eyes, limit switches, and prox switches for effective control work. Perform control work in electrical cabinets and conduct motor swaps. Plan and schedule maintenance work to ensure machinery operates at full capacity. Perform gearbox maintenance and rigging tasks. Adhere to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Essential Skills
Proficiency in PLC, motor control, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and power supplies. Experience with 480V, 3-phase systems, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Hands-on experience with PLCs, motor controls, drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics for at least 3 years. Capability to understand PLC programs and ladder logic for troubleshooting. Knowledge of corrugated machinery maintenance, welding, and fabrication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

We strive to provide holidays off whenever possible. This is a Permanent position based out of Eaton, Ohio. The pay range for this position is $75067.00 - $75067.00/yr.
