EDUCATION:

High school graduate or equivalent required. Twenty-One years or older. EXPERIENCE:

Must pass DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen and alcohol testing. Random testing throughout employment. Must have a good driving record. KNOWLEDGE:

Familiarity with the Greater Cincinnati Area is helpful. BACKGROUND:

Must pass criminal background check and various registry checks; previous conviction of violent crimes will exclude applicant from job. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Transports participants to and from Goodwill as needed Completes inspections of equipment and supplies before and after each trip Maintains log of all trips including mileage, person transported and on the road problems. Inspects and operates van, wheelchair bus lift as assigned Physically assist all passengers entering and exiting the van and wheelchair bus, and ensure all passengers are secured for a safe trip Submits reports of accidents, injuries or complaints to the Program Coordinator-NMT Runs enclaves and special runs as needed Communicates effectively; attends quarterly safety meetings Participates in initial and ongoing training activities. Follows guidelines in the training manual. Attends First Aid and CPR classes Other duties as assigned WE OFFER COMPETITIVE PAY AND BENEFITS
