Work on significant private development projects assisting in rezonings, annexations and the procurement of public entitlements Appear before local zoning boards, plan commissions and municipal councils and represent clients at public hearings and negotiations Provide guidance to property owners on zoning laws and assist in preparing and filing all necessary applications and permits for zoning approval Handle a range of real estate transactions involving acquisition, disposition, development, financing, structuring and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial real property Draft and negotiate annexation and development agreements Required Qualifications
8-10 years of real estate transactional experience Substantial experience with land use development and zoning matters Strong business development/client relationship skills Book of business preferred but not required Location
Chicago, IL (Hybrid/Remote) Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $215,000 – $250,000.
