As a Real Estate Agent with Home Endeavors Realty, youll work directly with buyers, sellers, and investors to guide them through real estate transactions from start to finish. Youll have access to top industry tools, hands-on training, and a supportive team culture designed to help you succeed. Responsibilities
Prospect, cultivate, and manage client relationships. Conduct market research and provide clients with expert advice on pricing, offers, and negotiation strategies. Host open houses, showings, and client meetings. Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and contracts. Stay current with market trends, property values, and industry regulations. Utilize CRM systems and real estate platforms to track leads and transactions. Collaborate with colleagues, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals to ensure smooth closings. Qualifications
Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining). Previous sales or real estate experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills. Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve goals. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use real estate software, social media, and marketing platforms. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Bilingual or multilingual skills strongly preferred (Spanish, Chinese, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese). What We Offer
