Utility Worker
at
Thompson Hospitality Services
plays a vital supporting role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining environment. This individual is responsible for dishwashing, sanitation, waste disposal, and assisting in general kitchen upkeep. The Utility Worker contributes to the overall guest experience by ensuring a hygienic and functional back-of-house operation that meets THSs high standards for safety and excellence. 2. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all dining and kitchen areas to meet standards. Operate dishwashers efficiently and maintain them. Handle waste disposal and support recycling efforts. Restock dining supplies for smooth operation. Assist with basic food prep tasks. Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines 3. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (68 hours). Must be able to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and exposure to water, heat, and cleaning chemicals. Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize all dining and kitchen areas to meet standards.
