Medical Assembler
Position Summary: A Medical Assembler is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing medical devices or components in accordance with strict quality and safety standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines such as FDA and ISO standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble medical devices or components according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and work procedures. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and report any defects. Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools. Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols in a controlled environment (e.g., cleanroom). Document production data accurately in logs and computer systems. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues. Comply with all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Background check and drug screen (THC will fail) Basic Assessments in reading, measurement, computer data entry, microscope Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and blueprints. Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Work Environment: Work in a cleanroom environment with protective gear. Frequent standing and repetitive hand movements. Adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
