Sanitation Technician
in our Fresh Cut area! If you meet the qualifications and competencies were looking forand can work in colder temperatureswere ready to train the right candidate. Schedule & Benefits Shift:
Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM until finished; occasional Saturdays Benefits Include Paid Time Off 401(k) Retirement Plan with a Company Match and 100% vesting upon entry Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
Essential Functions Develop and refine sanitation SSOPs to support training and best practices Clean and sanitize production equipment and facilities Monitor and verify sanitation effectiveness Identify and resolve food safety or sanitation concerns Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications & Skills Ability to work effectively in team settings Strong attention to detail and follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks Accountability, reliability and accuracy in work Must be able to read, understand, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications Previous sanitation experience
Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, twist, and bend throughout the shift Lift up to 40 lbs. regularly Wear required PPE (masks, goggles, aprons, hairnets, boots) constantly Work in temperatures of 3538F regularly
