Responsibilities & Qualifications Essential Job Functions: Provide actuarial analytics to internal and external customers by performing data compilation, analysis for pricing, reserving, and level indications. Analyze, develop, and validate statistical data. Extract, compile, and analyze data from company systems, preparing reports as needed. Assist in analyzing financial and operational issues affecting the company. Prepare and present monthly, management, and ad-hoc reports. Maintain customer service relationships with all stakeholders. Develop business solutions using statistical models like GLM, PCA, Clustering, Regressions, and Decision Trees. Stay updated on actuarial techniques and research trends. Translate business questions into data-driven solutions. Participate in core actuarial functions related to pricing, reserving, and modeling. Peer review colleagues’ work and ensure personal work is reviewed before management presentation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least two years of relevant experience for an Actuarial Consultant; four years for a Senior Actuarial Consultant. Completion of 3+ actuarial exams preferred; 5+ exams for senior roles. Proficiency in Excel, including macros. Ability to write moderately complex programs and queries. Understanding of data analysis and actuarial techniques.
