We are seeking a steady, reliable Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to manage our daily financial operations and provide office support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, highly organized, and capable of multitasking across accounting, office administration, and production-related tracking. Interface with our CPA for taxes and audits; this role will ensure day-to-day bookkeeping accuracy and efficient office systems. Key Responsibilities Perform daily bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping in QuickBooks. Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile accounts. Manage invoices, expense tracking, and vendor/customer records. Support payroll preparation and reporting. Maintain office files, documentation, and schedules. Interface with production and Sales people. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and assisting management.
Qualifications
Proficiency with QuickBooks (required). Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Reliable and consistent schedule. Familiarity with production, sheet metal, or machining environments is a plus. Knowledge of business systems and operational processes. Strong organizational and communication skills.
