Senior Lifeguard
The Campbell County Pool is seeking to hire a Senior Lifeguard. The Senior Lifeguard maintains the daily operation of the pool including supervision of swimmers. Exercise supervision over lifeguards and part-time staff when management is unavailable. Receive general supervision from Aquatics Manager/Aquatics Supervisor. Completes incident reports, maintenance, water tests, as required. Works rotating 40 hours including weekends with another senior lifeguard. Experience: Requires one to two years of lifeguarding experience with certification. Must be able to swim. Special Considerations: Working Environment: Significant exposure to hazards or undesirable situations that include high heat and humidity, noise, pool chemicals, mechanical and electrical hazards. Availability to evenings and weekends. Physical Activities: Essential functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for moderate physical activity such as sitting, standing, walking, running, kneeling, crouching, stooping, squatting, crawling, twisting upper body, climbing, lifting an average of 50 lbs.
