Responsibilities
The Plant Mechanic is responsible for the installation, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of plant equipment which includes but is not limited to the following: Natural gas and liquids separation & filtration Condensate stabilization Amine treating and gas dehydration Turbine, reciprocating, and screw compression Turbine power generation Propane refrigeration Natural gas cryogenic processing CO2 compression, treating, and dehydration Reverse Osmosis water treating & pumps Heat exchangers & air coolers Transmitters, valves, actuators, and other instrumentation Gas and liquids measurement equipment PLCs and plant control, safety, and communications systems PDC, MCC, transformers, breakers, wiring, motors, VFDs, generators, and additional electrical equipment Computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
