Action Behavior Centers, a leading behavioral health organization for children with autism based out of Austin, Texas, is looking for a professional, energetic, organized, and driven person to join our team in a Teammate focused role to help support and collaborate with teammates and leaders in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy world. We need an organized, empathic, collaborative and experienced Teammate Experience Ambassador to help us best support ABC Teammates up, down and across the organization. Responsibilities

Partner with all ABC Teammates, including ABA therapists, Operations Managers, Clinical Directors and leaders to provide ongoing support, coaching and guidance on Teammate Experience. Responsible for Teammate attraction, engagement and retention. Create connections with Teammates to increase communication and understanding of the ABC value proposition. Meet KPIs related to Teammate retention in the region. Support and drive Teammate engagement; evaluate centers and develop center-level insights. Establish action plans and project-manage center-based interventions with leadership. Monitor center trends, pulse and interventions and develop broader interventions to increase engagement and retention. Implement short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness and implement changes as needed for improvement. Respond to Teammate-relations inquiries in their territory (e.g., HR investigations, concerns, conflict resolution, performance management and team development). Use high EQ to address concerns on the spot and positively impact workplace happiness and engagement. Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs to minimize disputes and foster a positive work environment. Oversee the Human Resources Teammate function, ensuring services to patient departments are effective and aligned with client needs and organizational objectives. Assist administration of insurance, retirement and other benefits programs; respond to inquiries and evaluate improvements to employer-sponsored benefits. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Requirement to spend 75% of time in centers, which requires travel between local centers. Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required (Masters preferred) in Human Resources or related field and 1+ years of HR experience including a leadership role pertaining to policies and compliance. Candidate must be located in Dallas region. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Critical thinking with ability to develop broad insights to drive Teammate retention and engagement. Skill in interpreting policy implementation to understand impact on Teammates and the business. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and collaborate as an HR strategic partner. Knowledge of contemporary principles of human resource management and public personnel practices. Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications. Ability to navigate employee relations concerns, monitor performance management and drive employee development. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Ability to support process improvement on People Services initiatives. Benefits
