Returns Inspector
1st shift, 7am-3:30pm plus overtime as needed
Pay: $14.25/hour
Job Description:
Clean returned products so they can be resold Document on paperwork how each product was dispositioned (scrapped, stocked, etc) Catch quality indicators (reported injuries, product defects, etc) based on customer written feedback Must be able to read English Help with unloading returned packages from trucks daily Must have attention to detail and be able to be on your feet all day Read return documents and process shoes being returned from customers. Determine crediting for customers within guidelines provided. Cross-train across all return functions. Daily cleaning of work area to maintain clean, orderly and safe environment. Unloading our inbound UPS trailer by hand -physical repetitive work
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience Computer knowledge Speak, Read and Write English Forklift preferred not required
