to join our growing team in Northern Virginia.
What Youll Do
Show properties to qualified buyers across Northern Virginia. Deliver an unforgettable client experience answer questions, point out features, and make buyers feel confident and cared for. Work side-by-side with top agents, gaining hands-on mentorship and training. Coordinate with our operations team to keep schedules seamless and stress-free.
What Were Looking For
A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) real estate professional with a passion for helping people find their dream home. Excellent communicator with strong people skills. Organized, punctual, and willing to hustle. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive culture.

Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients search criteria Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
