Warehouse Position
Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of products and materials. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts). Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and regular inventory audits. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience is an advantage. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]). Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed. Forklift certification (preferred but not always required).
