Material Handler - 2nd Shift
Location: Fort Mill, SC, US Your Key Responsibilities Execute loading and unloading of goods and manage the respective documentation Prepare deliveries of products and tours for drivers Deliver raw materials and goods to designated location in the plants Deconsolidate, re-pack, store, retrieve and execute internal transports Pick, pack and label different goods e.g. raw material, components, semi-finished-products, finished products, trading goods etc. Track and overview products and transports in the IT system Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Your Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills Good visual acuity Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship Preferred: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience working with IT & SAP systems Ability to operate transportation machinery Our Offering Salary Range: $20.45 - $23.00 2nd and 3rd shift premium available Hiring Bonus: $1,500 paid out in steps Medical, dental and vision insurance Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match Schaeffler is an equal employment opportunity / affirmative action employer.
